**ROLE: Operations Executive**

**About the Job: -**

We are looking for a “Operation Executive” who will be responsible to monitor our organization’s functions and build processes that meet our business need

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

Coordinate with the Operations Manager and ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.

Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.

Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.

Coordinating with a team of Fitness Trainers and Nutritionists, BD & other various departments.

Resolving complaints / escalations received through different channels

**Requirements: -**

Freshers, who are striving for a rewarding career.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with all levels internally with external parties.

Good leadership skills as your main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters

A proactive worker who can plan ahead and anticipate the needs of various groups

Excellent active listening skills & knowledge in MS excel / Google spreadsheet.

Possess a good attitude towards learning and challenging situations

Pivot Table Pivot Chart

Business Applications MIS Reports & SQL

**Points to be Noted: -**

**Job Type**: Full time (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 8 Hours

Job Mode: Onsite (In Office)

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000 - 20,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
