**Position**: Key Account Executive/Back Office Executive (Fresher)

**Location**: Mumbai Central

**Experience**: Fresher or 1 year of experience

**Salary**:15k to 20k + Incentives

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution of services.
- Monitor client campaigns, track performance, and provide updates.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reports, and feedback.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by gathering client insights and identifying upsell opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers can apply; prior experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing automation, or appointment-setting processes.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite (preferred but not required).
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Any graduation will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of a B2B environment or automation tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
