**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)** with hands-on experience in Oracle 12c/19c and **Oracle GoldenGate**. This is a hybrid role based in **Kolkata**, suitable for professionals with **3-4 years** of relevant DBA experience looking to grow in a challenging enterprise environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day Oracle database administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Monitor and tune database performance; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage users, roles, privileges, and security settings.
- Handle backup & recovery operations using **RMAN**.
- Support data replication and synchronization using **Oracle GoldenGate**.
- Perform health checks, and manage database growth and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with developers and support teams for optimal database performance.
- Maintain documentation for all DBA activities and environments.

**Required Skills**:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience as an **Oracle DBA**.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate (Classic or Microservices preferred).
- Proficient in Oracle 12c / 19c environments.
- Understanding of **RMAN**, **Data Guard**, and **ASM** is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments for database operations.
- Basic shell scripting knowledge is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Oracle certification** (OCA/OCP)
- Exposure to cloud platforms like **OCI**, **AWS**, or **Azure**:

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and automation frameworks for database deployment

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
