We are looking for a Solutions Architect that will provide solutions to the customers and will also be able to communicate and understand the requirements of the particular. The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions that we can provide better than with competition in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinates with the sales team, Pre-Sales Team, and Unit Managers to uncover and support the business and goals of customers by driving the technical decision and providing business value to ensure the response clearly conveys the value proposition and differentiators against our competition.
- Ensures proposals and related documents are complete and in compliance with RFP(Request For Proposal) and proposal formatting standards.
- Preparing Business Solutions, presentations, and demonstrations
- Collaborating with the technical team to gain an appropriate understanding of the winning strategy and to ensure the response clearly conveys the proper business perspective, key messages, value proposition, and differentiators against our competition
- Help Develop and deliver proof of concepts.
- Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in AI technologies and tools.
- Manage and direct research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy.
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit.
- Analyse and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities.
- Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science/Information Technology
- Proven experience with ML, deep learning, Tensor flow, Python, NLP
- Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns
- Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimizations
- Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, such as Flume
- Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Big Data ML toolkits, such as Mahout, SparkML, or H2O
- Relevant experience with working and coordinating with Government Projects.
- Must have relevant experience working for government project.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- B.Tech + M.Tech(CS/IT) and/or MS preferred
- Experience with innovation accelerators
- Experience with Cloud environments
- Relevant experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Able to work with teams of varying sizes and technical abilities.
- Experience in analytical thinking, communication

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
