Job Responsibilities of a Visa Counselor

Counselor would be fully responsible to satisfy and convince client against their queries.

Counselor would be liable to answer management about case withdrawal, case quit.

Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students.

Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students

Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or

concerns

Assess students’ attributes and help them realize their strengths

Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment

Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately

Cooperate with parents as well as other interested parties

Complete assessments and tests, analyze results and provide feedback

Study and update student records

Prepare and present reviews on progress

post to ensure that the client is suitable.

Counselors must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and

correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

Counselors must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients,

colleagues or authorities.

You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up

to date with any changes to rules and regulation related to visa.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
