**Job Summary**:
As an integral part of the school’s co-scholastic framework, the Activity Teacher will organize and conduct classes, events, clubs, and competitions while fostering a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching and Student Engagement**:

- Conduct regular classes in the designated activity (Art, Music, Dance, Theatre, Sports, etc.) for assigned grades.
- Design creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school’s vision and student development goals.
- Foster participation, discipline, and enthusiasm among students through hands-on learning and exploration.
- Assess students’ performance, skills, and creative growth through observation and periodic evaluations.

**2. Event Planning and Execution**:

- Organize school-level events, annual functions, exhibitions, inter-house/inter-school competitions, and workshops related to the activity.
- Coordinate student participation in regional, national, or international level competitions and performances.
- Choreograph or direct performances for school functions, cultural days, or public events (as applicable).

**3. Curriculum Development & Innovation**:

- Develop and update activity-based curriculum, lesson structures, and student portfolios.
- Integrate technology, modern techniques, and tools into activity sessions to keep the learning engaging and current.

**4. Classroom & Resource Management**:

- Maintain and manage materials, equipment, and facilities related to the activity (e.g., art supplies, sports gear, musical instruments).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during classes and activity sessions.
- Set up and maintain displays of student work and activity room aesthetics (in case of visual arts).

**5. Collaboration & Professional Conduct**:

- Work closely with academic staff to integrate co-curricular activities with the overall educational experience.
- Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, training workshops, and parent-teacher interactions when required.
- Actively participate in the broader school community including assemblies, student mentorship, and club leadership.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
