We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and style-savvy **Personal Style Advisor** to elevate the shopping journey for our discerning clientele. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the trusted fashion expert who helps clients discover their style while representing the sophistication and elegance of our brand.

You’ll do more than sell clothes—you’ll deliver high-touch, consultative styling experiences that foster long-term relationships, drive sales, and reflect the premium nature of our store.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement & Styling**

Greet clients with warmth and authenticity, ensuring a personalized and memorable luxury experience.

Understand individual client lifestyles and preferences to deliver tailored styling suggestions and outfit builds.

Provide expert advice on product fit, material, trends, and brand storytelling to guide confident purchases.

**Sales & Business Development**

Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals through proactive client engagement, upselling, and cross-category recommendations.

Drive client retention and referrals by creating outstanding service moments that lead to repeat business.

️ **Product Knowledge & Visual Presentation**

Stay ahead of seasonal trends, product launches, and brand narratives to serve as a true fashion authority.

Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure displays reflect the brand’s aesthetics and attract foot traffic.

Monitor stock levels and alert management of fast-moving or underperforming products.

**Clienteling & Relationship Building**

Build a loyal client base by maintaining a robust client book with detailed preferences, purchase history, and styling notes.

Execute ongoing engagement efforts through personalized messages, styling updates, appointment scheduling, and special previews.

️ **Retail Operations**

Support day-to-day floor operations including store maintenance, back-of-house organization, and inventory checks.

Assist in training new team members and actively contribute to a supportive and sales-driven team culture.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**: 1-3 years in a fashion retail role, ideally within luxury or premium environments.

**Sales Savvy**: Proven ability to exceed sales goals and deliver value-added experiences.

**Styling Talent**: Strong understanding of fashion, silhouettes, fabric, and accessories with a keen eye for detail.

**Professionalism**: Excellent communication, personal presentation, and poise suited to a high-end clientele.

**Mindset**: Self-starter with a client-first approach and the ability to work under pressure.

**Education**: A degree in Fashion, Retail, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
