**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, fees, scholarships, campus life, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates and achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.
- Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, webinars, and open house events.
- Stay updated with trends in education, entrance exams, and competitor offerings.
- Build rapport and trust with students, acting as a mentor and guide during the decision-making process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, Psychology, or Counseling preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
