HIGHER SECONDARY CERTIFICATE (HSC)

**Job Description**:
The TBM Erector Operator will supervise and coordinate all work in the front of the TBM, including ring construction and bolting, as well as grout injection, cement line cleaning and compressed air work. Responsibilities include:

- Construction of the ring in accordance with the Ensuring the cleanliness of the area (tail skin) - back of the head - prior to ring construction
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance on the segment erector
- Operate the segment erector in accordance with the instructions provided by the TBM supplier
- Anticipate and identify problems and all hazards and report them immediately to the Shift Boss
- Ensure safety of employees during ring construction
- Ensure construction tolerances are in accordance with applicable guidelines
- Handle tubes carefully during installation and screwing so as not to damage the seals
- Use fillers (packers) if necessary and confirm with the shift boss

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- At least 10-20 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in TBM works with TBM diameter of at least 8 + meters
- Previous experience with Hard Rock TBM methodology
- Intermediate level of English
