Merchandising Manager, you have ownership over the execution and optimization of the set global purchasing strategy and routines to secure the global best buy, global best in-price and global on-time delivery in your assigned markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and secure the merchandising workflow for your specific product group, ensuring delivery of the best customer offer directly and through your team.
- Responsible for setting and coordinating the team’s goals, ensuring that they are aligned with the assortment / brand goals.
- Overview the daily operations & workload within your team, securing workflow routines are followed and providing training and support as needed.
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance, ensuring that seasonal capacity planning and capacity development is aligned with long term strategic plans.
- Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team during business execution, ensuring alignment and cooperation to secure optimized procurement procedures and creative solutions based on data and product knowledge.

You work closely with your** leadership **team to work towards achieving team goals, ensuring that operations run smoothly in the team and any challenges the team may face are overcome together.

You collaborate with the Buying Office and Supply Chain organizations in other markets, to understand and balance the needs of all stakeholders through efficient and **clear communication**.

You ensure that the whole team works with the same tools and methods and you supervise the team to secure teamwork with other departments and suppliers to secure the best product.

You act as a true H&M leader by being a role model of H&M’s leadership expectations and by focusing on developing your people.
**Qualifications**
- 7 plus years of working experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge in leather for bags, footwear and belts
- Team handling experience
- Leadership skills
