**About the Opportunity**: We are at the very beginning of an exciting journey to launch a new fashion brand that aspires to disrupt the industry with innovative designs and sustainable practices. Our vision is to create a brand that resonates with forward-thinking individuals who value uniqueness, quality, and sustainability. At this foundational stage, we are in search of a pioneering Fashion Designer who will play a crucial role in developing our initial clothing collection and establishing the brand’s aesthetic identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the creative lead in developing the brand’s aesthetic, identity, and debut clothing collection.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that align with our brand vision.
- Design a comprehensive range of garments that reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
- Source sustainable materials and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the feasibility and ethics of production.
- Create detailed sketches, patterns, and technical packs for production, ensuring each design meets our standards for quality and sustainability.
- Work closely with the production team to oversee the sampling and manufacturing process, making adjustments as necessary to meet design intentions and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the brand’s visual and narrative identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide insights on product pricing, positioning, and collection launch strategies.
- Stay informed on sustainable fashion practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously innovate and refine our collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related fields, displaying extraordinary talent and potential akin to professionals with 5+ years of experience.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of design skills, from conceptual drawings to finished garments, evidencing a keen eye for detail and a bold creative vision.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CLO3D) and an aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies.
- Exceptional knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, and sustainable fashion practices.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on significant responsibility and drive projects to completion.
