**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize daily production schedules based on operational needs.
- Supervise and monitor production staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Maintain records of production metrics, material usage, equipment status, and manpower allocation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and facilities.
- Enforce compliance with institutional policies, medical/industrial standards, and government regulations.
- Train and motivate team members to meet performance standards.
- Prepare regular reports and submit to senior management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/operations supervisory role in Aluminium profile company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with institutional production environments is a plus.'
- Not giving up, finding a solution to the problem instead of complaining.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Aluminium profiles: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
