**Experience**:School of Agriculture seeks a motivated Assistant Professor with 2+ years of professional or academic experience.
- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career preparation to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with faculty to design, review, and update curriculum materials, keeping them aligned with industry advancements.
- Lead research initiatives, secure funding, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and promote student involvement in research.
- Participate in outreach programs, seminars, and workshops to foster community engagement and promote sustainable agriculture.
- Support departmental activities, including admissions, academic advising, and the organisation of events and seminars.
- Assist in program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold academic standards.
- Education: Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science, or a related field (Master’s degree with extensive industry experience considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in teaching, research, or professional roles in agriculture or a related field.
- Skills: Strong teaching, presentation, and mentoring abilities; knowledge of modern agricultural practices, with a commitment to student engagement.
