**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle TDS, GST filings, and income tax returns.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring team efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and assist in finalization.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory dropout).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and train junior team members.
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
