**Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor**

**Location: Durgapur**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Conception Technology, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning content that resonates with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials to producing captivating video content for our online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Create visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, and more.

Design and layout marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine creative concepts for various campaigns.

Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and relevant.

**Video Editing**:
Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos that tell a story and align with our brand identity.

Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.

Work with audio, including music and voiceovers, to enhance the overall video quality.

Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms and devices.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Work in coordination with other team members to brainstorm ideas and create cohesive visual campaigns.

Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design and video projects.

**Organizational Skills**:
Manage and organize design and video assets effectively to ensure easy retrieval and reuse.

Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.

Knowledge of current design and video editing trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durgapur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
