Liaisoning Draughtsman

The Liaisoning Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, plans, and designs for real estate development projects. They will also coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth project execution.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- **Drafting and Design**:

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using CAD software to visualize design concepts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and maintain a systematic record of revisions.
- **Liaisoning and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with government authorities and obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects.
- Facilitate communication between the project team, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with regulatory bodies and represent the company in discussions related to project approvals and compliance.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws and standards.
- Maintain documentation related to project approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and update drawings as per feedback and changes required by regulatory authorities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design modifications and resolve design-related issues.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Architect AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
