**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage Quality Control activities as per **Schedule M** of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
- Ensure compliance with **CDSCO** and **state FDA** licensing requirements.
- Conduct and supervise testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products (Powders).
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and test reports as per regulatory standards.
- Prepare and face audits from **CDSCO**, **State Drug Authorities**, and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with production, QA, and regulatory teams for licensing and audit readiness.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **FDA Approved Quality Chemist** with valid **State FDA/Drug License**

(mandatory for CDSCO audit).

Must possess at least one of the following licenses:

- **Microbiology**:

- **Instrumentation**:

- **Chemical Analyst**
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Prior experience in QC in a WHO-GMP certified plant will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of **pharmaceutical regulatory requirements** and **Schedule M compliance**.
