Job Description: Data Structures Instructor (Java)

**Position**: Data Structures Instructor (Java)
**Experience**: 3+ years
**Location**: Bangalore (travel required)
**Duration**: 3 days (starting October 3)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sessions on data structures using Java for college students.
- Design and deliver curriculum tailored to the audience’s skill level and learning goals.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and effectively, using practical examples and demonstrations.
- Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with college faculty to ensure alignment with educational objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on data structures and algorithms in Java.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel to Bangalore for the duration of the sessions.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with modern Java frameworks and tools.
- Experience with hands-on coding sessions and workshops.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 6 days

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per day

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
