- Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance of SAP BO platform including Lumira and other related components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the SAP BO environment to ensure system availability, performance and reliability.
Plan and perform system upgrades, patches, and service pack installations in co-ordinations with the IT infrastructure and development teams.
- Ensure compliance with SAP BO best practices and security standards during upgrade process
- Maintaining BO architecture documentation, administration, upgrade, and patching support.
- Promotion of reports/universes/users along with security settings from lower to higher-level environments.
Create access levels (Developer, Reporter, Viewer, etc.) based on project and business needs.
- Tracking, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of End User incidents and tickets; resolves customer issues within the service level agreements.
Need to know how to connect repositories to BODS job server.
- Well versed with Windows operating system servers.
- Ability to investigate production incidents, identify root cause of the problem and enable resolution
