**Job Title - SAP Customer Data Cloud**

**SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) Application Developer**

**Experience (5-7 years)**

**Location: Offshore**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for understanding the client business process and designing the solution for managing the customer identity, profile, and consent;
- Responsible for supporting the CMS team for SAP CDC integration via Rest APIs or Screen Sets
- Responsible for creating and testing the dataflows for import and export of Customer data from/to SAP Customer data Cloud
- Responsible for creating the test scripts and testing the same
- **Implementation and Customization**:

- Implement and configure SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize Gigya features such as Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS), Single Sign-On (SSO), Social Login, and more.
- Develop custom screens and workflows to enhance user interaction and experience.
- **Integration**:

- Develop and maintain API integrations for seamless data exchange between systems.
- Ensure data synchronization and integrity across different platforms.
- **Technical Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CDC (Gigya) solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gigya configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
- **Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams as needed.
- Experience in agile project methodology and delivery
- Delivery management tools like JIRA
