**Job Description: Fitness Enrollment Counselor**

**Role Summary**:
The **Fitness Enrollment Counselor** will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness and wellness needs, and guiding them to enroll in our personalized programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- **Program Guidance**:

- Explain the benefits of Naabfit’s programs and answer client inquiries.
- Suggest suitable programs based on the client's preferences and goals.
- **Client Conversion**:

- Encourage potential clients to enroll in Naabfit’s services.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Build trust and rapport to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and wellness teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred (background in counseling, fitness, or nutrition is a plus).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales, client counseling, or customer service.
- Experience in the fitness/wellness industry is a bonus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Must own a laptop with a stable internet connection.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
