Social Media Marketer

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media marketer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

**Primary Skills Required**:

- 4+ Years of dedicated Experience with Social Media Marketing
- Understanding of trends and best practices in online marketing, SMO, and digital tactics success measurement.
- Preferred experience in social media marketing experience, strategy development, program execution, and performance analysis and measurement particularly within the industry
- Good knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g Google trends, Facebook/Instagram Ads and business manager, SEMRush, hootsuite, Marketo etc.) for campaigns
- Ability to identify and isolate trending hashtags for a given topic and or different geographical/behavioral locations
- Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem-solving
- Experienced with Major Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, Pinterest, medium, tiktok, snapchat, youtube etc
- Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis, Technology Skills, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, OR Communications OR Marketing Or a related field

**Technology Expertise**:

- Creates marketing and social media campaigns, and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, and brand management
- Experienced in Online reputation management
- Good theoretical & practical knowledge of social media implementation best practices and strategies
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Reports progress to senior marketing management
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, snapchat, tiktok, Pinterest, youtube and Instagram
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, creative video/post ideas for inhouse and clients, web page, blog content, or social media messages
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Good creative & trending writing & hashtags knowledge for social media posts.
