**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for the coordination of inspection, certification and inventory management of components and assets. Ensure that equipment and actions are performed in accordance with all Industry Standards & requirements of the quality systems manual, operating and technical procedures and workplace instructions

**Essential functions**

Knowledge of and compliance with Company and Client HSE policies and practices; Understand and follow basic safety principles and adhere to site specific safety plan; Instructs and controls-Pump Station, Tank Farm Fuel Driver and Tank Farm Fuel Driver Assistant regarding compliance with instructions for distribution and transfer of diesel fuel Accepts trucks with base oil for offloading in accordance with established instructions and procedures Together with the operator pumps diesel fuel and base oil via pumping station to tanks on the work site Fills fuel report during each shift, totals diesel fuel and base oil issued during the shift and submits it to the Tank Farm Supervisor for the general daily report. Checks the level of fuel in the diesel tanks on the work site and submits daily diesel fuel consumption report to the Rig Manager. Follow all applicable procedures and instructions during offloading of trucks delivering base oil, prepare written acts and keep the product reception log, report all report inconsistencies and other problems to the Tank Farm Supervisor and Logistics Manager Perform all functions related to checking level of and accounting for diesel fuel and base oil including physical inventory of bulk storage tanks. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents for control of bulk liquid materials (reports, filling logs, etc.) Perform daily checks and assign works to assistants (if necessary) to make sure all work areas, valve areas of liquid bulk storage, pumping stations are clean and free of rubbish and obstructions. Maintain availability of all necessary auxiliary equipment, report all deficiencies and needs to the Supervisor of Bulk Liquid Materials Perform scheduled checks re: safe and orderly storage of spare part in containers and workshop Safeguard company property, make sure containers and pump stations are always closed Immediately report all incidents, equipment failures and spillage to the Tank Farm Supervisor or Drilling Logistics Manager. Participates actively in Company and Customer Safety Enhancement Programs Must adhere to company policy with regards to PPE base on job being performed

Should possess min 5 years of experience & knowledge on TRACKS, F&D Tools.
