The Resident Duty Doctor will work in Emergency Room and supervise the day-to-day work of team.
- To assess the new patients at the time of admission: obtain relevant clinical information and complete physical examination.
- To review care plan, and monitor patient vitals and provide medication as needed.
- To handle medical emergencies in the centre and initiate appropriate steps.
- To discuss with patient attendants to brief them about current status and any other specific issues or problems.
- To be responsible for sending the patient for the appropriate investigation as per discharge summary/directed by the primary consultant.
- To check the dosage, frequency, route of administrations of all medications, considering all precautions as per discharge summary from the primary consultant.
- To scrutinize medical claim documents and validate the information and accurate assessment of claims as per guide lines.
- To have basic computer skills and online updating of data.
- A prior notice of one week for leave is required and in case you want to leave the job, a notice of two months is must
- Emergency Department.
- On duty MO in emergency department has to attend all casualties in duty hours.
- Has to do thorough body examination & take detailed history & document the same on file.
- To inform consultants under whom admission arrives.
- Complete the history record on files and computer software admitted through emergency department.
- To take consents from patient / attendants.
- To assist consultants while conducting procedures.
- To prepare discharge cards in the duty hours.
- Write the proper duty over on over register & hand over to next MO after taking his or her signatures.
- Before shifting the patient, intimate the concerned MO on floor / ICU / CCU and give proper over.
- Take / give patient to patient over from / to each other.
- To maintain proper coordination in department.
- Responsibility to follow sign, name, date and time protocols white document anything on file.
- Critical Care Units
- On duty MO has to see all the patients in the all units (ICU, CCU & OTR Units).
- To do daily rounds with all consultants.
- Write daily progress record of all patients in the duty hours.
- To verify treatment charts of patients / TPN chart / investigation charts.
- Any negative / positive event / medical reports of the patients should be informed to concerned consultant for immediate action.
- To inform patients conditions to consultants during their duty hours.
- Before shifting / transfer out the patient in the hospital, intimate the concerned MO and give proper over.
- To take consents from patients / attendants.
- To assist consultants while conducting procedures.
- Write the proper duty over on over register & hand over to next MO after taking his or her signatures.
- Take / give patient to over from / to each other.
- Update medical records on computer software for all the patients in duty hours.
- To maintain proper coordination in department.
- Prepare discharge cards / death / DAMA summary of the patients on the software.
- Responsibility to follow sign, name, date and time protocols white document anything on file.
- General IPD
- On duty MO has to see all the patients in the all floor.
- Has to do thorough body examination & take detailed history & document the same on file.
- Complete the history record on files and computer software admitted through OPD / direct admission.
- Write daily progress record of all patients in the duty rounds.
- To verify treatment charts of patients / TPN / investigation charts.
- To do daily rounds with all consultants.
- To inform patients condition to consultants during their duty hours.
- Before shifting / transfer of the patient to other areas of hospital intimate the concerned MO on floor / ICU / CCU and give proper over.
- To take consents from patient / attendants.
- To assist consultants while conducting procedures.
- Write the proper duty over register & hand over it to next MO after taking his or her signatures.
- Take / give patient to patient over from / to each other.
- Update medical records on computer for all the patients in duty hours.
- Prepare discharged cards in the duty hours.

To maintain proper coordination in department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
