**Responsibilities**

1. Calling minimum 50-100 customer/day (from provided database) explaining the product and services offered by the company to prospective customers using scripts.

2. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data in a Excel sheet and reporting to manager on daily basis.

3. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

4. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

5. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:
2. Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

3. Great interpersonal skills.

4. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

5. Strong organizational skills.

6. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
