**Required Experience**:3 to 4 years

**Main Purpose of Role**: Customize travel packages, address client inquiries, stay updated on international travel trends, and build strong client relationships.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Customize international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
- Develop travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on international travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and materials.
- Ensure clients are aware of relevant travel safety precautions and requirements

**Competencies**:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi or Guajarati
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations and trends.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic industry.
- Teamwork and collaboration with marketing teams.
