**Job Purpose**

To oversee the smooth academic and administrative functioning of the assigned class/section or wing, ensuring quality teaching-learning processes, student discipline, and coordination among teachers, students, and parents.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **B.Ed. mandatory.**:

- Proven teaching experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of academic delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Academic Coordination**:

- Monitor lesson planning, syllabus completion, and teaching standards of assigned classes.
- Ensure timely conduction of tests, examinations, and assignments.
- Review student performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain class records, attendance registers, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate timetables, substitution arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure implementation of school policies and procedures.
- **Student Discipline & Welfare**:

- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and uniform compliance among students.
- Address behavioral issues and provide guidance or counseling when needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
- **Parent & Teacher Communication**:

- Serve as the primary contact between parents and the school for assigned students.
- Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings and share feedback.
- Communicate important updates and school initiatives effectively.
- **Event & Activity Management**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee co-curricular and extracurricular activities for assigned classes.
- Coordinate student participation in competitions, cultural events, and field trips.
- **Professional Development & Reporting**:

- Participate in workshops, training, and departmental meetings.
- Submit periodic reports on academic progress, discipline, and activities to the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
