**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from buyers. Continuously review and refine collection procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly review accounts receivable and aging reports to identify delinquent accounts. Analyse payment patterns and trends to proactively address collection issues.
- Collaborate with sales managers to address buyers’ payment issues, resolve disputes, and escalate collection matters as necessary. Provide guidance and support to sales managers in managing collections for their respective properties.
- Communicate with delinquent buyers to negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements. Assess financial situations, evaluate payment proposals, and make informed decisions to recover outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to initiate legal actions, such as eviction proceedings or debt recovery lawsuits, when necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the legal process.
- Document all collection activities, conversations, and payment agreements in a timely and organized manner. Update and maintain accurate records of outstanding balances, payment histories, and collection efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding accounts, recovery rates, and other key performance indicators. Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations to improve collection processes and reduce delinquency rates.

**Academic Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience Requirements**:
3-5 years of experience in collections or debt recovery, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of collections principles, practices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, debtors, and legal professionals.
- Proficient in using collection software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data driven decision-making.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
