**Responsibilities**:
Provide guidance and mentorship to Ph.D. students.

Assist students in developing and refining their research proposals.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the research environment.

Stay updated on current developments in the field and incorporate them into student guidance.

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the academic community.

**Qualifications**:
Should have completed a Master Degree or a Ph.D. degree.

Demonstrated experience in guiding students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
