**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and offer product knowledge and recommendations.**:

- **Product Knowledge**:Develop in-depth knowledge of the jewelry products, including gemstones, metals, and various styles, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.**:

- **Sales**:Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry items. Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales and achieve sales targets.**:

- **Stock Management**:Monitor inventory levels, request replreplenish necessaryenishmenecessary replenishmentnts as needed, and ensure the display is organized and appealing.**:

- **Payment Processing**:Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain cash registers and provide receipts to customers.**:

- **Merchandising**:Arrange jewelry displays attractively, ensuring products are clean and well-presented. Implement marketing promotions and sales strategies as directed by management.**:

- **Client Relations**:Build and maintain relationships with regular customers. Provide follow-up and after-sales services, including cleaning and maintenance of jewelry.**:

- **Security**:Adhere to security procedures to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.**:

- **Cash Handling**:Safely manage cash and balance cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts.**:

- **Documentation**:Complete necessary paperwork, including sales reports and inventory records.**

**Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent.**:

- **Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **A passion for and knowledge of jewelry products.**:

- **Strong customer service and sales skills.**:

- **Attention to detail and ability to handle and process payments accurately.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.**:

- **Basic computer skills for using point-of-sale systems and handling electronic transactions.**:

- **Trustworthy and responsible, with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.**:

- **Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.**

**Physical Requirements**:

- **Standing for extended periods.**:

- **Lifting and moving jewelry items, which may be delicate and valuable.**:

- **Fine motor skills for handling small jewelry pieces.**
