**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct them where necessary.
- Maintain and update records on excel sheet.
- Ensure data confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect required data.
- Generate basic reports as and when required.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets with quality output.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (knowledge of typing test scores preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of data entry tools
- Ms Excel
- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, Formulas
- Experience in handling large data sets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
