**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**:

- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor expenses against budget and report variances.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely payment and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- **Banking & Cash Flow Management**:

- Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with banks for payments, loans, and related activities.
- **Internal Coordination**:

- Work closely with procurement, HR, and operations for financial approvals and documentation.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary records and clarifications.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in finance or accounting role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP preferred).
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹9,557.63 - ₹25,108.60 per month
