**Job Summary**:
The **Senior Account Manager (Accounts & Finance)** will be responsible for overseeing the company’s complete accounting operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, GST filings, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires strong expertise in **Tally, ERP systems, and statutory accounting** to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely financial management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Maintain and update all financial records in **Tally** and **ERP systems**.
- Prepare **cash flow statements**, monitor daily fund flow, and manage working capital efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate **GST, TDS, and other statutory filings** as per government regulations.
- Handle **bank reconciliations**, vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements**.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Manage payroll accounting, expense tracking, and petty cash.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum **5-8 years of experience** in accounting and finance management.
- Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP** and **other ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.)**.
- In-depth understanding of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and financial reporting tools**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and team management ability.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience in managing accounts for **manufacturing, service, or trading industry**.
- Knowledge of **MIS reporting** and **cost control analysis**.
- Exposure to **audit coordination and financial planning**.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statutory filings
- Cash flow and fund management efficiency
- Audit compliance and issue resolution
- Internal process improvement and cost-saving initiatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
