Radiology Trainer

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for radiology staff, ensuring effective communication and understanding of complex concepts.
- Utilize various teaching methods, such as lectures, hands-on demonstrations, case studies, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions and concerns during and after training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and update training materials accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula for radiology professionals based on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
