We are looking for a friendly and professional **Receptionist** to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a positive first impression of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
