**Job description**

As an Indian Wedding Photographer and Photo Editor, you will be responsible for capturing beautiful moments and emotions during Indian wedding ceremonies and events. This position combines photography skills, creativity, and post-production editing to deliver stunning, timeless, and memorable photographs that reflect the rich cultural and emotional essence of Indian weddings.

Key Responsibilities:
**Photography**:Document all aspects of Indian weddings, including pre-wedding events, ceremonies, rituals, and receptions.
Capture candid moments, posed portraits, details, and emotional interactions.
Use various photography techniques, equipment, and lighting to achieve high-quality images.

**Client Interaction**:Interact with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and specific photography requests.
Provide guidance and suggestions to clients on posing, locations, and overall photo concepts.

**Editing**:Select, edit, and retouch photographs to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
Ensure color correction, exposure adjustment, and cropping to achieve the desired aesthetic.

**Equipment Management**:Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
Ensure the equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and in good working condition.

**Post-Production**:Organize and categorize photographs for efficient workflow.
Create and deliver final, edited photos to clients in a timely manner.

**Stay Updated**:Keep up with industry trends, new techniques, and equipment to continually improve your skills and maintain a competitive edge.

**Team Collaboration**:Coordinate with other members of the photography team, such as assistants, videographers, and second photographers during larger events.

**Cultural Sensitivity**:Be culturally sensitive and respectful when working in diverse Indian wedding environments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a wedding photographer with a strong portfolio of Indian wedding photography.
- Proficiency in using photography equipment and post-production software.
- Understanding of Indian wedding customs, rituals, and traditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and wedding guests.
- Attention to detail and an artistic eye for capturing unique moments.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in different lighting conditions and environments.
- Ability to handle stressful and fast-paced situations during wedding events.
- A creative and innovative approach to photography.

**Education**:

- A degree or certification in photography is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
