- Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and invoices while maintaining detailed records.
- Act as a central point of contact between customers, the sales team, and internal departments (production, logistics, and quality control).
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems and databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address issues related to orders, deliveries, or product information.
- Support sales team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials for client visits or trade shows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, tracking contracts, and following up on payment terms.
