Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting soft skills training workshops and programs for students and staff members in educational institutes
- Developing and customizing training modules and materials to meet the specific needs of different target groups.
- Implementing innovative teaching methodologies and techniques to engage learners and enhance their communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance measurements
- Collaborating with faculty members and administrators to identify training needs and design curricula that align with the institute's goals and objectives.
- Serving as a mentor and coach to help students and staff members develop their soft skills and reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in education, Psychology, Communication, or related field
- Certification in soft skills training or instructional design is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs in educational institutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for training delivery and assessment.
