**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the industry and brand, and leverage opportunities for engagement.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistency in posting frequency and timing.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and design to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media metrics and track performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc., and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to improve performance and results.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance monitoring.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance standards related to social media marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative content across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt to changing trends and consumer behaviors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,555.93 per month
