Krishgen Biosystems is one of India's largest life sciences reagents distributors and a global player in manufacturing. We are seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy individual to support our data processes and reporting needs.

**Role Overview**:
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and trackers for our field and inside sales operations. This is a highly execution-focused role involving data hygiene, formatting, reporting, and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and maintain Excel workbooks and reports as per team requirements
- Clean, validate, and organize sales and operational data
- Generate regular dashboards and pivot-based summaries
- Maintain master sheets with version control and consistent formatting
- Share accurate reports with managers and leadership on schedule (weekly/monthly)
- Ensure compliance with formatting, data types, and naming standards
- Coordinate with field sales and internal teams for data collection and corrections

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts)
- Familiarity with Excel automation using macros or basic scripting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy
- Prior experience in handling structured business data (sales, customer, inventory, etc.)
- Comfortable with working independently and handling confidential information

**Eligibility**:

- Education: Any graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc. - preferred)
- Experience: minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
- Language: Good written and spoken English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
