**Responsibilities**:

- Generate purchase orders to vendors, intraco and third-party vendors
- Regular follow up & expediting on all factory back orders, backlog updates for customers to be done weekly
- Participate in Global Procurement calls when required. Follow up weekly report & Act accordingly.
- Conduct Monthly meetings with respective suppliers to follow up on Parts Forecast updates, Material follow up, Reconciliation & Improvement Action Plan if any Service Level Failures.
- Shipment creation in ERP for respective supplier upon material dispatch.
- PO receipt in ERP with GRN submission
- Provide On Time inputs to Internal customers Appropriately.
- Align to the set KPIS set by the business
- Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
- Keep a record for customs for all FLMC related Bill of Entry (MIC contribution if needed)
- Work closely with the warehouse team for all inbound shipments
- Any other functions as deemed necessary by your supervisor from time to time
- Ensure you comply with Ethics, Trade Compliance, Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies; guarantee that Business meets Emerson Policies and local Legislation. Promote a positive Company image
