We are hiring **Area Sales Officer** for a FMCG distributor in Viluppuram.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Complete ownership of the territory to deliver Business & Fundamentals in the account.
- Building strong and sustainable Retailer relationships
- Joint business plans with top retailers.
- Collaborating across the branch organization to deliver the key drivers of business.
- Influencing & driving action basis strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
- Bias for action for resolving retailer conflicts and issues.
- Managing Team - motivating them and driving results via effective people management.

**Requirements**:

- UG/PG from any discipline.
- 5 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG industry.
- 3+ years of team handling experience.
- Negotiating and convincing skills.
- People management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
