Production Supervisor

**Production Supervisor - Job Description with CNC and VMC Knowledge** - Location - GIDC SAVLI Vadodara - Position
- 1 As a Production Supervisor with CNC and VMC Knowledge, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring that production targets are met. Key responsibilities of a Production Supervisor with CNC and VMC Knowledge may include:
1. Supervising production processes: You will be responsible for overseeing the productionprocesses and ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes monitoring production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and troubleshootingproduction issues.

2. Managing a team: You will be responsible for managing a team of operators and techniciansand ensuring that they are trained and equipped to operate the CNC and VMC machines. Thisincludes providing training, setting performance targets, and conducting performanceevaluations.

3. Ensuring quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and addressinganyquality issues that arise.

4. Maintaining equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that CNC and VMC machines aremaintained and serviced regularly to ensure optimal performance. This includes coordinating with maintenance personnel to schedule routine maintenance and repairs.

5. Ensuring safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes andequipment are operated safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Thisincludes conducting safety training, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, andaddressing any safety concerns that arise.

6. Analyzing production data: You will be responsible for analyzing production data to identifytrends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. This includes monitoring productionmetrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications for a Production Supervisor with CNC and VMC Knowledge may include:
1. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical engineering.

2. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferablywith experience in operating and maintaining CNC and VMC machines.

3. Knowledge of CNC and VMC programming, setup, and operation.

4. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.

5. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team.

6. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze production data and identify areas forimprovement.

7. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employeesat all levels of the organization.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot production issues andimplement effective solutions.

9. Strong attention to detail, including the ability to ensure that products meet quality standardsand comply with production specifications.

10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

11. Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs Salary - 3 LPA

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
