**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Purchase Operations**:

- Assist in daily purchasing activities including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and source new vendors when necessary.
- **Order and Documentation Management**:

- Verify order details, ensure accuracy in documentation, and process invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- **Monitor Deliveries**:

- Follow up on delayed or incomplete orders and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for inventory management.
- **Market Research**:

- Assist in conducting market research to find new products and suppliers that meet company needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and product availability.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all purchases comply with the company's procurement policies.
- Prepare and submit regular purchase reports to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,211.06 - ₹37,403.40 per month
