**Job Summary**:
Company Name: Om Oil & Flour Mills Limited ( RUCHIFOODLINE) Spice & Pasta Manufacturing Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf presence at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report findings to the manager.
- Implement and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales (Freshers with strong potential may be considered).
- Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/SFA tools.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
