**Job Description (JD) for an RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Plant Operator**:
**Job Title: RMC Plant Operator**
**Reports to: Plant Manager**
**Location: Alibaug**

**Job Summary**:
We seek an experienced RMC Plant Operator to manage our ready-mix concrete plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Plant Operations:

- Oversee plant production, monitoring batch quality and quantity.
- Operate and maintain plant equipment (batches, mixers, conveyors).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform basic repairs.

2. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality checks on materials and concrete batches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

3. Safety and Maintenance:

- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubrication, cleaning).

4. Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with production staff, drivers, and quality control teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

5. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience operating RMC plants.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of concrete batching and mixing processes.
- Familiarity with plant maintenance and repair.
- Valid heavy vehicle operating license (desired).

**Skills**:

- Strong operational and technical skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- RMC Plant: 2 years (required)
