Introduction: - This role requires front ending Ops Transformation support for Barclays global operations (Including teams in India) for the Noida based teams. Currently, this position is vacant and as a result there is less than optimum support available. This role will directly contribute towards the "High Value Ops" agenda by identifying improvement opportunities and executing them with min. supervision. What will you be doing? - Process improvement (60%) - Project management (20%) - Stakeholder management (20%) What we’re looking for: - Experience in process re-engineering / transformation / consulting - Understanding of Banking processes - Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience of 7 years - Experience in deployment of Active operations management (AoMi) - Hands on experience in delivering Robotics process automation projects - Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or another mainstream process mapping tool - Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls - Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques - Experience of working with large data sets, data analytics and visualisation. Skills that will help you in the role: - Exposure of various automation tools like Blue Prism, UI path, Appian, Appzillon etc. and should be adept in carrying out discovery exercises independently Where will you be working?
