**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development.
- Maintain inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with management to meet customer expectations and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
