Key Responsibilities:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- **Sales Calls**: Contacting potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads.
- **Appointment Setting**: Scheduling meetings or appointments for sales representatives.
- **Promotional Calls**: Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, or events.
- **Inbound Calling**:

- **Order Processing**: Assisting customers in placing orders or providing information about order status.
- **Service Inquiries**: Responding to inquiries about services offered and providing detailed information.
- **Survey and Research Calls**:
- **Market Research**: Conducting surveys to gather information on customer preferences, feedback, and market trends.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collecting feedback on products, services, or overall customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales.
