**About the role**:
**Key result / decision areas (outcomes)**

Act as technical expert on Switching, Security and Meraki (SD WAN), DC (ACI) technologies.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking, DC (ACI), security and Meraki (SD WAN) problems

Deploy and support multi-vendor network, DC (ACI) & security solutions with Meraki (SD WAN) solutioning

Deploy and support network, security and sd wan monitoring & management tools

Prepare/update HLD & LLD, process and technical documentation

Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA

Perform RCA based on OEM inputs

Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network, DC (ACI), security and Meraki (SD WAN)

Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations

Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers

Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)

Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products

**About you**:

- Experience12 TO 15 years of related experience in Routing, Switching, Security and Multi-Vendor (SD WAN), DC (ACI) infra and technologies

Implementation and operational experience with enterprise class Routers, Switches, Wireless

Implementation and operational experience with SDWAN, SDACCESS, ACI, Cloud Based services

Experience with load balancers, internet gateways etc

Experience in network security technologies like Cisco ISE,ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE, SASE etc.

Experience in datacenter networking like BGP-Lite, MP-BGP, VxLAN,Fabric Path, FCoE,OMP, OTV, IS-IS etc.

Experience of working with Visualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-v etc.) and virtual network

Experience of datacenter Consolidation, Transition, Transformation and Migration projects

Knowledge and experience on cloud computing infrastructure and orchestration.

Understnding about Scripting, Automation tools like PYTHON, ANSIBLE etc.

Good troubleshooting knowledge along with experience of various NMS tools like SOLARWINDS, PRIME, DNAC & VARIOUS ORCHESTRATOR ETC.

Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies(NSX-T)

**Additional information**:

- Technical & Functional Skills & CertificationsCCIE - R&S / Security / Datacenter **( knowledge on SDN/MERAKI/VEPTELA /ACI preferred )**

Cisco Meraki certification and core experience

Checkpoint / Palo Alto / Juniper/Bluecoat / F5 technical certifications would be added advantage

SD WAN Skills / certifications and experience

VMware / Windows / Linux certification - would be an advantage

ITIL certification - would be an advantage
